2. Who can use Lottabet?

3.8. Each person can only register one Account. It will not be allowed to open multiple accounts by the same person. 4.4. Under no circumstances will Lottabet grant credit to any user to place bets without having sufficient balance in their Lottabet account, except in case of advance balance for deposits made via bank transfer which has not been cleared.

4.4.1. Lottabet may, at its sole discretion, advance crediting payments from bank accounts prior to clearing.

4.4.2. All advance order balances for deposits made via bank transfer will be assessed by Lottabet, who reserves the right to disclose or not to disclose the request. Lottabet reserves the right to block the User’s account and notify the responsible authorities in the event of any suspicion of fraud, including but not limited to cases relating to deposits via bank transfer or improper charges.

4.5. Lottabet may set a minimum deposit amount, which will be informed at the time of deposit.

4.6. No form of interest, remuneration or indemnity is paid to the User on account balances.

4.7. By making a deposit, the user represents and warrants, under the penalties of the law, that (i) all deposited money is legitimate and does not originate from any illegal activity or source; (ii) that the deposit is authorized and that you will not attempt to reverse or cancel the payment made by depositing your account or take any action that causes such payment to be reversed or canceled by a third party, in order to avoid any legitimate liability; and that (iii) accepts that all transactions are verified, in order to avoid money laundering, and communicated to the competent authorities, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

4.8. An account that has not registered any login for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. If such Account has an open credit balance, Lottabet reserves the right to charge a monthly processing fee of Rs. 2500 until the Account reaches zero real money balance. The processing fee will be billed and deducted from the dormant Account on the first day of each month following the month the Account becomes dormant. However, we will notify the Account Holder via the email used in the registration that he will pay this fee 30 days before the Account becomes inactive and actually starts charging the said fee. The Customer may, at any time, reactivate the Account by logging into the Account.

4.9. In case of cancellations or refund or chargeback payments of credit cards processed after the amount has been credited to the User’s account, Lottabet reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amounts from the User’s account, in addition to any administrative fees.

4.10. Available amounts cannot be transferred from one user account to another. It is prohibited to sell, transfer and/or acquire available values ​​from/to other Customers.

4.11. If an account is incorrectly credited or debited, you must immediately report this to us. Any amount erroneously credited to an Account must be refunded immediately. Likewise, any amounts wrongly debited from an Account will be returned immediately. You must refrain from using any amounts erroneously credited to your Account for the purposes of wagering, withdrawing, or similar. All transactions paid from such Account balance may be declared invalid. The parties will undertake to indemnify themselves for amounts improperly credited or debited, depending on the source of the error.

4.12. We do not charge any fees for deposits. Please be aware that you may, however, be charged deposit fees from your payment provider of choice or your credit card provider. Contact your credit card company or payment issuer for more information.

4.13. Deposits will only be allowed through any means of payment registered personally in your name. Under the anti-money laundering provisions, payment will only be issued to the same account or payment card that was used for the initial deposit. Proof of personal registration of means of payment must be provided upon request.

4.14. It is illegal to deposit money that has been illegally obtained.

5. Betting and Participation in Promotions via User Account at Lottabet

5.8. Bets are only accepted until the start of the match (out of time) or until another predetermined time, whichever comes first. We reserve the right to cancel any wrong bets accepted if the betting time has expired or when the user may have any indication of the results.

5.9. We reserve the right to cancel any bet made by a person or a group of people acting in collusion, in an attempt to defraud Lottabet.

5.10. In the event of a dispute or disagreement about the time when a bet was placed, the system’s transaction records will determine settlement. Users are advised to always check account balances when logging in and inform us immediately in case of disagreement.
